Regular training to keep your skills current, competitive salaries and flexibility are just a few of the benefits you will enjoy when you join us.

Our Apprenticeship Scheme

Steele Davis is proud of its long-standing apprenticeship programme and we currently employ 5 apprentices.

Last year we teamed with our client Aviva when they launched the National Insurance Apprentice Academy with our Managing Director, Michael Gingell being a regional representative in the scheme.

As well as carrying out their normal NVQ qualification tasks, our apprentices will receive an additional award at the end of their training by spending a proportion of their time involved in tasks specific to the insurance industry.

This award has now spread to become industry wide.
